While difficult experiences are an inevitable part of life, I believe that having a strong
support system and a safe space to heal can significantly lessen their impact. My
approach to counseling integrates interventions from Psychodynamic, Narrative, and
Gestalt theories, allowing me to tailor care to each client’s unique story and needs. I am
especially passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced trauma,
including sexual abuse, domestic violence, and religious trauma.
