I have over 16 years of working with children and their families in the education system. Research shows that counseling is beneficial and can positively impact your life. Some benefits include the following: better relationships, a decrease in anxiety and depression, improved self-esteem, increased self-awareness, and resolution of past issues. I take clients aged 10 and up.
